Servers should be able to have multiple watch directories

Currently only a single directory is recursively watched per server

Added this features in [914]. However, waiting on a change to the faster nested sets for this to *truly* work. :-)

The mentioned change to faster_nested_set is in place since r916, so I believe this should be working now. However, I'm going to extend daemon_test to monitor more than one directory as to verify this.
