Display, search and filter users by user name

Description

Instead of enterting user id's (numbers), it would be good to be able to enter user names, or even better pick from a list of user names with real names and pictures available too.

Is LDAP configured for earth.rsp.com.au? This would allow us to verify that this is working (sans real names and pictures.)

Definitely a nice-to-have for following versions. Our priority for this current milestone is to release a stable production v0.1

Filtering by user name is implemented. As far as photos are concerned, see tickets #161 and #67.
